Each model has a different production period

BritishHeels.com shall aim to deliver the product within 3-12 weeks of the order confirmation; the delivery of an order is subject to the availability of materials and BritishHeels.com reserves the right amend the delivery time as necessary. 

However 85% of our orders are delivered within the 4 weeks.

In British Heels we value the discretion and confidentiality. For this reason we ship within discreet packages without any external marks, logotype or signs that allows identify their contents.

In the delivery note it is possible to know the sender. But to protect your privacy it is in no way attributable to the “British Heels” brand.

When shipping company or customs request us the content description, in no case it is referred to the size, brand or model it contains. Only the generic word “Footwear”.
